I don't understand why this is happening, but the script exports invisible layers if I have 'all layers' checked.
Also I have to hide the background layer even when the 'bottom layer as background' option is disabled.

I'd appreciate it if you could help as this is a pretty nifty addition to my workflow. Thank you in advance!

Unfortunately I'm not able to reproduce these errors myself. Are the settings in the screenshot the ones you are using?

It would be most helpful if you were able to provide a PSD that reproduces this issue. As well as what version of Photoshop you are on, and what version of the script you are on.
