event and visit not storing on local

Hi,
I set up visit and events reporting on my site. While testing it locally, the event was recorded upon every page refresh. However, after I see 6 events recorded, then suddenly it didn't work at all....

I have tried enabled allow_bot, don't exclude logged-in user, reduced the duration, cleaned up the database, and restarted the service. None of them worked. Could anyone guide me how to verify events on the local? I need to verify it before deploying to the production.
