Where i can find a step-by-step tutorial to build halley?

All informations of build-process and depencies are unclear for newbies.

In general the depencies. Here is only a list of names, but what is it?

As a newcommer, i dont know what Boost is, where i can install it, where i can download it, where is the project site of this? The same with other depencies.

Build arguments

Follwing arguments are unclear:

-DCMAKE_INCLUDE_PATH="path\to\include" -DCMAKE_LIBRARY_PATH="path\to\libs" -DBOOST_ROOT="path\to\boost"

Yes, here i must define the path of some libs. But what is CMAKE_INCLUDE_PATH - Its the include path of CMAke Software? Is it typical C:\Program Files\CMake\share\cmake-3.28\include or it is a include path generally for the build process for the project, for sample C:\Users\Bizzi\Documents\GitHub\halley\include? I dont know - Thats not defined in the docs.
