This doesn't always work, help needed

Hello I have copied in your project exactly and added the same dependencies. When I try it the code markdown and highlighting only works 2/10 times. Sometimes the code formatting works but the highlighting doesn't. Sometimes the highlights works for a few seconds then disappears. Also Ive noticed that when the Coding language is wrong the formatting doesn't work at all. I'll attach a google doc below that includes a bunch of photos of failed tests. Im not really sure how this works but I feel like the code formatting and highlighting is dependent on the assumed coding language. And when the coding language is wrong everything else fails. For example when the title of the code snippet is CPP then everything works. But when it is CPP <> for what ever reason then everything stops working. Id appreciate your help. Also I think the attributed string is messing something up in the spelling or text, paragraphs appear to have missing characters or words and the grammar is off.
