This is a homepage shown on the base domain when visiting with a browser. GitHub Pages could be used (with a redirect, ...)?

Done in #18 (mainly not through commits there but DNS, GitHub Pages etc. work); in a browser, https://ancv.io now redirects to https://madm.ancv.io/, which serves the README.md as a GitHub Page.

ancv.io cannot point directly to GitHub Pages: that way we lose control of the web server and cannot dispatch on User-Agent anymore. A subdomain of ancv.io works and is nicer than x.githubpages.io or whatever.
