[OtherBot] [ISSUE] Ping Role not updates unless we reload the cog

So if you update the pingrole in the embeded message the pingrole still stays there unless you reload the cog.
The [p]otherbot command will show that there is no pingrole set but it will ping the role.

Also not a big of an issue but whenever we delete the role which was set as pingrole it keeps trying to mention that role.
It would have been nice if once the role set as pingrole gets deleted the bot should fall back to no role itself.
