Can't provide verification argument for argo movie step

Feature request:

It's not possible to specify a custom verification dataset for movie generation via the prognostic diags argo workflow (see snippet below). The newish water vapor path movie does require a verification dataset, so it would nice to be use the verification tag from the online-diags-flags argo parameter, if provided.
