Argo prognostic run: exit workflow step fails

After running a segmented run in which one of the steps fails, the prognostic_run argo workflow will fail on the trivial exit step at the end with the following:

exit baseline-c384-run-ae7313e6ab45-3983205266 15s Error (exit code 64): failed to find name in PATH: exec: "exit": executable file not found in $PATH

No harm done that I can tell since the exit script doesn't really do anything, but not clear to me why it fails.
