ERROR i.a.q.s.i.CallbackManagerWithTimeout - Could not find handler for key HandlerKey

Seems to happen with WebSocket RPC proxies, but does not seem to break.

It does not fail. The call returns. But we need to figure out this error message and handle it.

I tracked this issue down to error in the code that was using QBit. It was calling the callback many times.
