Implementation notes or ideas

It's possible that date range could be scoped out for an initial release, as it's much more complicated, but unsure what side effects that would have on the API.

@Jabark Any updates on this? I need a date picker in my project.

I was hoping in the interim i could use sp-textfield and set type="date" and let the browser do the heavy lifting but that didn't work -- not sure if you have any tips on how I could make that work.
