Acceptance Criteria

  1. A Resident supplies a Name, SMS number & Password to Create their Account
  2. SMS address is verified before they can successfully login
  3. Once the account exists, the Resident can log in
  4. Automated UI Tests are complete
  5. Product Documentation is Updated in GitHub
  6. Story has been demoed to Product Team
