Fix copy_needed_files function in djcompiler:
- re-copy the file if it exists
separate-djcompiler.djcompiler.compile_project-method-to-2-functions
add copy_needed_dirs() method to copy the needed dirs to the build dir
change the version in setup.cfg and djcompiler.init.version to 0.0.a6
update the README:
- describe how to install the test versions.
upload the version on test PyPI
