Describe the bug
When a favourite (channel, dm, server) updates its icon, the ChannelTabs plugin doesn't update the icon and in some cases the icon breaks (when, say, the icon is removed from Discord's cache).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set an item as favourite.
  2. Update the favourite's icon.
  3. Icon in favourites doesn't update.

Expected behavior
The icon in the favourites bar should update at least when called upon like a tab.

Information (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Debian 10.7.0 (problem also exists on Windows 10 version 2004)
  • Plugin Version: 2.4.1
  • Discord version: All (applies to Stable, PTB, and Canary)
  • Compact Mode enabled? no

Additional context
I'm able to work around this by manually editing the configuration json file, but only when Discord is closed (changes get reverted if Discord is still open).

Same also applies with names, for instance when someone changes their username (not nickname) in discord. The cached display name doesn't get updated.
