[Support Discord Server] Issue: URL in Readme leads to 404

Describe the bug
The Readme of this project contains a link to a Discord server. That link leads to a 404 page.
Alternatively the site https://l0c4lh057.github.io/ is private.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open: https://github.com/aarondoet/BetterDiscordStuff (this repository)
2. Click on 'my Discord server'
3. See Github's 404 screen

Expected behavior
I expected to see a website, which either forwards me to the Discord invite link to the support server, or shows me a button to press to obtain or use the invite link to the support server.

I did find a working link to a Discord server on https://betterdiscord.app/plugin/ChannelTabs
I can only assume that it is the right link, as the repository owner seems to be in that discord as owner.

Funnily I am getting kicked off that server every few minutes. Which I tried with an unmodded web-instance user of mine.
I hope that the kicking is not intended behavior... I would not even know how that happens.
