[ChannelTabs] Issue: Error level 9000 crash when saving bookmarks

Describe the bug
Discord crashes from Error Level 9000 everytime I attempt to save a tab as a bookmark.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Save a bookmark
   that's it

Expected behavior
I expected to save the tab as a bookmark.

Additional context
It used to work fine, until I was mass-pinged a lot, which caused a lot of lag, so I crashed. After that, discord crashed over and over again on startup until I reinstalled the ChannelTabs plugin. After that, discord crashes every time I save a bookmark.

Same Issue, trigger seemed not to actually be mass-pinging unless there was a ping spam I didn't see, at least on my end.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. save a bookmark at all.

it will show the "discord has crashed" overlay, but discord will operate behind it; vc's that I auto-rejoin DO work, but I can't see anything.

OS: Windows 10
Plugin Vers: 2.6.6
Discord Version: Stable
Compact Mode: No

Additional Context: Began happening seemingly randomly. Fresh installs also break. Notably, new files have the naming convention of ChannelTabs_new_.etc. Not sure if that matters. I WAS in a VC when it first happened, there was a massive slowdown of my PC, not just discord.
