[ChannelTabs] Issue: PluginRepo notification cannot be closed

Describe the bug
PluginRepo notifications (e.g. new plugins) cannot be dismissed when ChannelTabs is enabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable PluginRepo
2. Enable ChannelTabs
3. Wait for new plugins to be published
4. See the notification
5. Try closing it

Expected behavior
The notification closes.

Additional context
Probably a z-index or equivalent issue.
