[ChannelTabs] On Kernel-mod, tabs do not reflect the channel you're currently in #146

Describe the bug
On Kernel-mod (using bd-compact), tabs will perpetually show “Friends” when you switch channels. Pressing Ctrl + R however will make it switch to the channel you restarted in.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install ChannelTabs on Kernel-Mod with bd-compact.
  2. Enable ChannelTabs.

Expected behavior
For tabs to reflect the channel you're currently in without needing to restart Discord.
