[ChannelTabs] Request: Move Channel Tabs and Favourite Bar to the bottom via toggle

Would it be possible to add a toggle for the channel tabs and favourite bar to be located at the very bottom of the Discord screen - below even the user settings and message editor?

As someone using Discord on a portrait mode screen (please don't hate!) the eyes have to travel very far and it's a very awkward to make good use of the channel tabs. On a landscape monitor the position's perfectly fine, but in portrait mode a toggle to move the bar to the bottom would be greatly appreciated!
