The images of the dms and the friends image is not displaying correctly

Also sorry for not knowing how to use a label

To add some more information to this, this is due to DefaultUserIconGrey failing to load with a 403 response. The one with source URL https://discordapp.com/assets/322c936a8c8be1b803cd94861bdfa868.png.

I also noticed that it happens when the User/Server changes their Avatar
is there a way to manually fix it besides having to remove and re-add the tab?
