您好，最近在拜读您的文章时，有一个地方不大理解。您是先用RGI注释了宏基因组reads，然后再用BWA map宏基因组reads并计算丰度。为啥还要先用RGI注释宏基因组的reads，不能直接用BWA与CARD数据库进行比对嘛？
