[BUG] : BSManager does not handle mods with missing dependencies on beatmods

Bug Description

In the mod installer, when ticking the check box on a mod that does not have all of its dependencies present on beatmods, BSManager switches to a black screen and does not recover

Reproduction Steps

Open BSManager, go to the mods tab on any version that has a mod available that does not have all of its dependencies available on beatmods, and tick the check box on said mod. BSManager then goes to a gray, uninteractible screen.

Expected Behavior

An error appears explaining that the mod appears to be missing dependencies on beatmods, or something similar.

Additional context

BSRPC's missing dependency has since been fixed, so the exact steps shown in the video aren't reproducible right now.
