Upgrading to 1.21.0~ynh2 erases feeds, creates no backup

Upgrade to 1.21.0~ynh2 resulted in empty subscriptions list and default settings.
Also, it did not create a pre-upgrade backup, like it did during previous upgrade.

Context

• Hardware: Old laptop or computer
• YunoHost version: 11.2.3
• I have access to my server: Through SSH
• Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no
• Using, or trying to install package 1.21.0~ynh2:

Additionaly, restoring older backup of 1.19, which was done before big upgrade of YH, did not restore my subscriptions :(
So I lost work of several years of gathering sources..

What knowledge have you to investigate a solution ?
Perhaps I can help you to investigate problem, or found a solution to restore a previous backup.
Do you have tried to open the archive of your backup to find content ?

It's seems than the update failure let your yunohost in "bad state". And can probably be fixed, with some manual work.
