Translations: expand abbreviations and acronyms in translators comments #8704

To make translators' life better, we should try to always expand abbreviations and acronyms. Or, not use them at all. See the example below, where QA has been translated as "Questions and Answers" instead of "Quality Assurance" and we can't blame the translator for this 🙂
