What did you expect to happen?

Upon clicking the 'import it's settings' link in the All in One SEO import notice was expecting to run the import and take me to the importer page.

What happened instead?

The link goes to a broken page which says 'Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.'.

How can we reproduce this behavior?

With a pre-existing All in One SEO install, install Yoast SEO clean. You'll see the notice for import settings, click the link in the notice. You'll be taken to the broken page.

Is there a workaround?

Yes to fix the issue and get the importer link working again navigate to the Yoast Dashboard Features tab and enable the 'Advanced settings pages'.

Can you provide a link to a page which shows this issue?
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpseo_tools&tool=import-export&import=1&importaioseo=1&_wpnonce=fa04b9d2c2#top#import-seo
