When date archives are enabled, there should be a date archive sitemap

To Reproduce

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Enable data archives in in WordPress > Yoast SEO > Settings > Advanced > Date archives
2. Save changes
3. Visit the sitemap index

Expected results

1. A date archive sitemap should be created

Actual results

1. Nothing changes in the sitemap index
