Consecutive sentences assessment doesn't detect consecutive sentences inside Yoast How-To block

Please give us a description of what happened

• When there are three or more sentences inside Yoast How-To block that start with the same beginning, the Consecutive sentences assessment doesn't detect them. More info on Slack thread

To Reproduce

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Install and activate Yoast SEO
2. Create a post in Block editor
3. Add some paragraph blocks with content
4. In one of the paragraphs, add the following sentences:

Cats are lovely. Cats are fun. Cats are adorable.

5. Go to Readability analysis
6. Confirm that Consecutive assessment gives the following feedback:

Consecutive sentences: The text contains 3 consecutive sentences starting with the same word. Try to mix things up!

7. Add a Yoast How-To block
8. Add two steps sub-blocks
9. In one of the sub-blocks, add the following sentences:

Raw food is excellent for cats. Raw food is excellent for cats. Raw food is excellent for cats.

10. Confirm that the Consecutive sentences assessment's feedback stays the same.

Expected results

1. In above case, the Consecutive sentences assessment should give the following feedback:

Consecutive sentences: The text contains 2 instances where 3 or more consecutive sentences start with the same word. Try to mix things up!

Actual results

1. In above case, the Consecutive sentences assessment gives following feedback:

Consecutive sentences: The text contains 3 consecutive sentences starting with the same word. Try to mix things up!

• In this file packages/yoastseo/src/languageProcessing/researches/getSentenceBeginnings.js we filter out <li>. And Yoast How-To sub-blocks enter the paper as a list.
• In this PR: LINGO-1487 - Exclude list items in the sentence beginnings assessment. #18432 we excluded list items from the assessment. But I think we didn't take into account Yoast How-to block.
