Please give us a description of what happened.

An API error is thrown for every available taxonomy on a post edit page when a user is logged in with contributor privileges.

Please describe what you expected to happen and why.

No errors.

How can we reproduce this behavior?

  1. Log in with a contributor account
  2. Go to a post edit page.
