When opening the inspector-tab the analyse-field is loading after a few seconds I end up on a white BE-page.

Found in Log:

Exception in line 187 of /srv/www/jumpboxpeter/httpdocs/Data/Temporary/Development/Cache/Code/Flow_Object_Classes/Shel_Neos_YoastSeo_Controller_DataController.php: Return value of Shel\Neos\YoastSeo\Controller\DataController_Original::fetchTranslationsAction() must be an instance of Shel\Neos\YoastSeo\Controller\void, none returned

As already discussed via slack, removing the return-values in the DataController fixed it.
