I recently came across your article titled "DPST: De Novo Peptide Sequencing with Amino-Acid-Aware Transformers ​" published in arXiv and found it to be extremely informative and insightful. Thank you for taking the time to share your research and knowledge on this topic. 
I was particularly interested in your findings. But I did not find the supplementary file in arXiv, can you provide it for me?
