Create Choropleth using county cases information in the dataset.

Aim:
Create a python3 program to generate a county choropleth graph for the current day in the visualization/python/ folder

Update:
Please do not use the plotly package since it needs orca on the server which has problems. May consider other geo packages such as geopandas.
