Deleting non-first episode of tv show does not cause xml to update #2690

If I have these video files

Series 1x01.mp4
Series 1x02.mp4

and I delete 1x02.mp4 then update yamj. the videoimage file for 1x02 will be deleted but the xml and html for that show will not be updated.
