Can't download 339460 (Code 403:) - Chrome

When downloading from search results of any tags or search error pops up after pressing download.

Chrome version - 124.0.6367.156

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to any page with doujinshis -
2. Click on the extension then any check box
3. Click Download
4. See Error - 1st number string varies depending on doujinshi

Console Output
Only one that I was told not to ignore is - Third-party cookie will be blocked. Learn more in the Issues tab.

Expected behaviour
The doujinshis should download into a folder

403 errors are (I think) highly due to Cloudflare, I added a note in the README here about it: https://github.com/Xwilarg/NHentaiDownloader?tab=readme-ov-file#403-errors

And sadly there is not much I can do for that
