Add another bulk downloading feature

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
batch downloading is non existent for me since it only can detect on one page. You can't even multiple simultaneously download.

Describe the solution you'd like
I've thought about some approach to clear the problem for me :

1. Make a feature to import from text, which then downloading according to url list on the text mentioned before. example text
   dl.txt
   https://nhentai.net/g/123456
   https://nhentai.net/g/324154
   https://nhentai.net/g/231445
   etc
2. If the solution one is difficult to achieve, make it detect nhentai page on other tabs.
3. Simultaneous downloading? launch another instance for any tab opened? that way i can download 2 or more pages at once right?

Uhm, I can see how it's a good idea but it might need a bit of work to implement it, I am quite busy for now but I'll keep that in mind, thanks for your suggestion
