Error 2145-0023

Bug description

I tried to install SMO and I get error 2145-0023.

Your setup

Console firmware: 12.0.3 (latest patches)
CFW with version: Atmosphere 19
Goldleaf version: 0.9
Quark version: None

Bug reproduction

I tried to install SMO (with the content explorer), and it errored with 2145-0023.

Additional information

I'm installing from USB (NTFS) to SD (FAT)
and the nsp is called "smo.nsp" if that helps
