Waffle refresh issue on IE #595

We are facing issue when we refresh the application using f5 or f6 on IE 11 and get
The connection to the website was reset.

Error Code: INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE

while it works perfectly fine on Chrome any help would be appreciated

Can you try building off the current master and see if you can repeat this issue? Current master does require jdk8.
