Futures Websocket "futuresUser" not returning the parameter "msg"

I got updates in the beginning for 10-20 minutes, after that not receiving updates anymore.

*Spot trading ws updates still working fine after hours.

Tested for URLs:

• testnet.binance.vision
• fstream.binance.com
• fstream-auth.binance.com

Updates:

• I've solved the problem by adding a ping to the URL once every 5 minutes, then I will receive the updates until the listen key expired

Does anyone know the solution to this problem? The problem is for me too
