Subset Service pages include broken link to documentation (5.0.0-SNAPSHOT)

Not sure if this has been subsequently fixed, but tds.ucar.edu is currently using version 5.0.0-SNAPSHOT, and the Subset Service pages include a broken link to the Subset Service documentation.

Clicking on this link, however, results in a 404 Not Found.

We are currently redoing our docs, so that link will change again. That said, the broken link used in the NCSS page of TDS 5 should work (for now). Although it points to v4.6 of the docs, everything should be ok for v5.
