GRIB2 data file reading bug

I am using netCDF Java library in MeteoInfo to read GRIB2 data file from Australian Bureau of Meteorology. But I found the vertical levels can not be read from the data. I also tried IDV, but the variables were read as 2-D (they are 3-D in fact). This may be a bug for GRIB2 data file reading. Please consider about it.

This site can’t be reached

cache1.nmic.cn’s server DNS address could not be found.

How big is the file? If you zip the file, you should be able to attach it to this issue.
