This list is for blacklisting but I found this nice article about WhatsApp "blocking" at:
And it seems to have details on ip addresses and domains that can be used for regressions testing and white listing WhatsApp.
I am unsure if we are also actively looking for whitelisting or only blacklisting, let me know where to follow and update on whitelisting and also what would be the requirement to whitelist a domain\ip\asn\service.
