Redis 6.0 - Server-assisted client-side caching

There might be something here that may be worth implementing in the Redis cache layer.

Note: If I do want to go down this path, I would no longer be able to support Memurai for CI. Perhaps if I do it, I need to be able to check the capability of the Redis server?

Either way though, means I would need to still have a CI environment that can test Redis 6.0 and a client that can utilise it.
