channel is still updated after unsubscribe #7491

unsubscribing from a channel does not cancel the update job.

To Reproduce

enable 2 channels
wait for the first channel to start updating
disable the second channel
wait for the first channel to finish updating

Expected behavior
dont update the unsubscribed channel.

Environment

OS: linux
Tribler version: 889eb2c
