Fusion Fix settings won't save after restart

What area of the game

Whenever I start the game, Fusion Fix menu settings won't be saved (console gamma, skip intro etc). Vanilla game settings are though (brightness, car density).

I think it used to work normally, untill I got other vanilla friendly mods involved

What should happen

Fusion Fix settings should be remembered after restarting the game.
