[Feature Request] Make Internet pillarboxed on ultrawides

Internet browsing in GTA 4 is horrible on ultrawides ATM, borderline impossible to use.

Just half a line is readable at the same time without moving your head, so to read text you need to move your head back and forth like a horizontal bobblehead. The aspect ratio of everything is also very wrong.

I think most of it could be fixed if it were pillarboxed into 16:9 instead.

Website textures could also maybe be adapted for ultrawide...
Tho there are a ton, and some of them sure are locked inside .whm files... Which are barely supported as of yet...
