Some issues with MouseFix

Using MouseFix will unlock the camera after the last cutscene of The Cousins Bellic. It's supposed to be locked in place, iirc.

Also, the binocular cam seems to behave weirdly (it has a lot of delay, you would have to move the mouse slowly to pan it properly without it freaking out). As far as I know, this cam is untouched by this fix.
