[Feature Request] Make Scroll Lock undbindable + Remap the open console key

Make Scroll Lock undbindable, as I've seen some people literally take of their key cap to avoid pressing it by accident while trying to take a screenshot, as this is really easy way to lose your evaluation score that way.

Add the ability to remap the key to opening the console in Alpha 5 (` by default)
This one comes mainly from me as find myselp pressing that by accident quite often. So why not add the option to assign another key to it
