As per #2 the colors currently switch based on runtime data and they need to be defined in src\assets\scss\white-dashboard\custom\_sidebar-and-main-panel.scss. Ideally, the custom styling per chain would be much more powerful - preferably supporting logo, sidebar background image and position (repeat vs just an image at the bottom for example), and colors of the whole UI.
