GTK builder, does it work with resource files, and does connecting signals in XML file work?

Generally resource files work, but it is not that easy to use them.

You may consult the NEd Nim editor, it uses resource files, but that was still for oldgtk3, so you have to modify it.

Connecting signals from within the builder XML files should be possible. But it seems that most C apps do not use that. We have to search for a working C example and then to try it with Nim.
