[BugFix] Fix unique/foreign contraints properties in lake table

Why I'm doing:

• unique_constraints/foriegn_constraints cannot be shown in lake table.

What I'm doing:

• put unique_constraints/foriegn_constraints properties into common properties.

Fixes #issue
