add YouTube video in order to grab the attention
We're using 6.9 instead of 7.0 so that people do not have to do a migration to Gradle 7 before setting up refreshVersions. They can upgrade Gradle later, and refreshVersions will let them know anyway.

This one is more meaningful and doesn't encourage wrong usage where relative links should be used instead.

Please verify the setup section
I'm not sure if we should hardcode the plugin version in
settings.gradle.ktsso that it works out of the box, or if we should tell the user to create aversions.propertiesfile manuallyI've added the YouTube video in the README to grab the user's attention, it's a bit too spartian right now
I've un-hidden the documentation for gradle buildSrcLibs because I think it's useful and good enough to show, at least as good as the migration task.
I've reduced the number of indentation in the contributing guide because it was to much to my taste
