Text Frames

Now that DBv3 bundles suitable fonts, it would be very useful to add in the ability to create text frames in the drawing area.

Possible Features: Controls for font, size, alignment, wildcard expansion, frame/character background clipping, frame border outline.

There are other options (create the text externally as SVG and import, or export through vpype and add text there), but having the ability within DBv3 would simplify the process.
